The Mall

Uniquely convenient

One of the ICC’s most popular features is The Mall, which not only connects our halls and meeting rooms, but also links Birmingham's Brindleyplace and Convention Quarter to the rest of the city centre. While open to the public, the Mall will never interfere with your event and can even be temporarily closed and used as a further event space if required. 

As a condition of entry our security team may ask to search your bag, when entering the public mall.

Need a quick snack or essentials before your event? Londis has you covered with a wide range of grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and everyday necessities, making it the perfect stop for your convenience needs. Open every day from 9am – 5pm, Londis has everything you need.

SYMPHONY HALL

With its pin sharp acoustics and stunning auditorium, Symphony Hall is considered one of the finest concert halls in the world. And it’s not just award-winning comedians and world-renowned rock, pop and classical artists that grace the famous stage, as the venue is regularly used for graduation ceremonies and conferences. While located within the Mall, Symphony Hall is managed through the Town Hall Symphony Hall charitable trust.

FACILITIES

Located just off The Mall, our handy cloakroom service is available during most events at the ICC. Please note, charges apply.

With some events offering exclusive merchandise to buy, the last thing you can afford is an empty wallet. Fortunately you’ll find a free to use cashpoint just off the Mall.

Toilets are available on both level 2 (next to Castle Fine Arts) and level 3 (next to Starbucks). If you require baby-changing facilities, head to the toilets on level 2.

Unisex, wheelchair accessible toilets are available on both level 2 and 3 of the Mall. Please note, these facilities require radar keys, which can be obtained from the security mall officer.
