2023: A bumper year of live events

The ICC team hosted more than 400 events in 2023, welcoming 350,000 visitors from around the globe to a wide variety of events.

Since Queen Elizabeth II opened the doors to our venue, the UK’s first purpose-built International Convention Centre, back in 1991, we have prided ourselves on the venue’s design, facilities, people and ability to welcome delegates from far and wide for fascinating events.

 “A huge thank you to the incredible ICC events team for helping us create a wonderful leadership conference and evening event. They were ultimate professionals, handling our last-minute changes brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble. If we threw a request at them, they did everything they could to support, and this ‘can-do’ attitude is crucial when running an event, the size that we did.

“From the outset, the planning and communication was excellent, all meetings were followed up by the events management team. On the day of the event, the ICC team were calm, reassuring and nothing phased them. The food was exceptional and plenty of it. We loved the flexibility of the menu and opted for the food carts in the evening as opposed to the sit-down meal, to allow for more networking opportunities. Everyone loved this and the variety of options, but more importantly, it was super tasty.
